Hyperic is a decentralized application that minimizes data collection. We only collect what's absolutely necessary for your account to function.

1. What we collect

Minimal data only:

• Your email address (for account creation via Privy)
• Your wallet address (for account identification)
• Authentication metadata (handled entirely by Privy)

2. What we don't collect

We deliberately avoid collecting:

• No personal identifying information
• No KYC data (handled entirely by Bridge for fiat services)
• No transaction patterns or usage analytics
• No location data
• No device information
• No behavioral tracking

3. Blockchain data

Your wallet transactions are publicly recorded on blockchain. This is standard for all cryptocurrency and is not collected or controlled by us. Anyone can see blockchain transactions.

4. Third-party protocols

Hyperic interfaces with decentralized protocols (Hyperliquid, HyperBeat, HyperLend). These protocols only see your wallet address - they have no knowledge of your identity.

5. Bridge services

If you use fiat onramp/offramp services, Bridge handles all KYC and compliance. We receive no personal information from this process.

6. Privacy by design

• No tracking cookies
• No analytics scripts
• Encrypted data in transit
• Biometric data stays on your device (handled by Privy)

7. Data retention

We only keep your email and wallet address while your account exists. You can delete your account anytime via the Profile screen in the app.
